Doing what we can to assist those that make Boulder City a safe place to live, work and visit.
Unsung Hero Award Winner

Pat Spero - Summer 2015
It is an honor to announce Pat Spero as our newest Unsung Hero. Peppermint Patty, as many call her, put down her red pen, tucked away the chief’s calendar, finished payroll for the last time and honorably retired from the City of Boulder City. Pat worked as the Administrative Assistant to four chiefs’ of police – talk about shock and awe… Pat saw it all.
In addition to her vital role within the department, Pat also jumped in feet first as an advocate for our youth. Chairing the Juvenile Conference Committee, a vital link in the Every 15 Minutes Program and the D.A.R.E. Program are just a few of her extracurricular duties. Pat also served as a mentor to young ladies as well as an active participant in Big Brothers Big Sisters. Please join us in congratulating Pat Spero!
