Jack Gaal - Fall 2014

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “A great man is always willing to be little”. It is our honor to recognize a great member of our community who works best behind the scenes simply getting the job done. Jack Gaal has been a staple in assisting Boulder City community groups in many facets of their work. In addition to assisting groups with building things, Jack has spear-headed many years of fundraising efforts for the Boys and Girls Club and more recently raising funds for the Dan Leach Memorial Fund.

We believe Jack epitomizes Emerson’s quote – he is a great man that is willing to be little – most would say humble. Please join us in thanking Jack for his steadfast efforts at making Boulder City a safer place to live, work and visit as well as being this quarters’ Unsung Hero! Return to Unsung Heroes
